Party time & pumpkin patch

We had a busy weekend! Before I talk about it though I just wanted to let everyone know Livi took 5 steps all by herself on Thursday night!
Friday night we had my sister's 21st birthday party. It was a big bash at the club house on Tapps Island. Jared had it catered and he had a DJ there. I made Livi and super cute tutu to wear to the party it was a big hit everyone loved it. The weather was perfect all weekend high 60's and Saturday it got up to 73 at our house.
On my way home from work yesterday I noticed the pumpkin patch was open. Since it was so nice I talked my mom into taking Livi down to Maris Farm with me. I wanted to get some photos of her with the pumpkins. Matt and I are going to take her back next week I hope so we can get better photos and that way he can come along. I was hoping the pumpkins would be out of the patch but they weren't yet so it made for taking photos a little difficult.

SMU vs. CWU

Alivia and I headed over to Ellensburg yesterday with my parents to watch Shealun's volleyball game. It was nice to be able to go see her play again. I didn't go to any of her games last year since I was pregnant and uncomfortable there was no way I wanted to sit through any of those games. Livi seemed to enjoy herself she was making everyone around us laugh with that smile she has. She is such a little ham!

Auntie Shea got her a SMU shirt

Puyallup Fair

We spent this evening at the Puyallup fair. Walked around looked at all the animals, bought scones, checked out the rides & booths and caught a glimpse of the Carrie Underwood concert. Alivia was clingy the whole time we were there she wanted to be in daddy's arms. I don't think she liked all the commotion to many people. On our way home we stopped by Target to pick up some formula and they had the Yoda halloween costume we wanted to get Livi in stock so we bought it. She looks adorable in it! Well i'm off to bed I work in the morning then Livi and I are heading over to Ellensburg for my sister's volleyball game. We have a long day ahead of us.

Baby Gap

This morning I entered Miss Alivia in to a baby Gap modeling contest. I'm such a dork, but I think my baby is cute enough to model. So if for some reason she is picked to be part of the top 20 kids/babies i'll let you all know so you can vote for her! Tomorrow night Matt and I are going to take Alivia to the Puyallup fair. Should be fun I hope the weather shapes up it was pretty crummy here today. Either way we will have a good time.
On a sad note I had to say bye to my friend Paul this morning over the phone, he's heading off to Iraq sometime today. He'll be gone close to a year. His wife and him have 2 boys one who's 3 and a 7 month old. I couldn't imagine how hard it would be to be away from your kids for that long. Hopefully it will go by fast for him and he'll be back with his family soon.

My girly girl

With Livi's birthday being less then 2 months away i've been in planning mode. I made her a frilly tutu to wear in her birthday invite photos. It was so easy to make the tutu and only cost me $7.00 I was going to buy one but they go for anywhere from $20-$50 depending on the type you want. I think it turned out pretty good and it only took about 2 hours.
Just a quick little Alivia update she is talking! She says three words along with all her babbling. She can say Duck, mom and purse. Purse what are the chances of that silly girl. She's obsessed with my purses she drags them all over the house now. We got her, her very own purse and she carries around two little stuffed animals we got her at the zoo in it.

Ocean Shores

Yesterday the three of us headed over to Ocean Shores for the day to visit with Adrian & Bethany. We left after Matt got off work and got over there pretty early. Livi slept the whole car ride which made it nice. The weather was pretty crummy when we got there. After we all went to lunch we headed to the beach we were only there 10-15 minutes it was so cold so we went back to to their condo. About an hour after we got back to their place the clouds burnt off and the sun came out. Matt took a nap so Bethany, Livi and I headed back to the beach. It was crazy how fast the weather changed and how quickly it warmed up. Alivia loved the sand! I can't wait until we bring her down to Cannon Beach next year. I enjoy going to Ocean Shores but nothing compares to Cannon Beach it's so beautiful there I love it. Here's a bunch of photos enjoy

10 months old already

Ten months old already seems so crazy! Only two more months until her first birthday I can't wait. I'm well into Birthday planning mode that's going to be one crazy weekend already 2 parties in the works. Should be fun I can't wait!
Our house is officially baby proofed FINALLY so she can crawl where ever she wants and wont get into anything. She's been balancing alot latley on her own I don't think it will be that long before she walks. Matt and I both think it will be within the next few weeks. We also picked out her first Halloween costume she's going to be Yoda from Starwars the costume is adorable! Can't wait to dress her up. Well I better get to bed Livi's sleep schedule the past few weeks has been crazy she's now going to bed around 8pm and waking up any where between 6:30 and 7am. Which is still a great amount of time but I loved her 10 pm-10am schedule since I like to stay up until 2 or 3am enjoying me time.
