Halloween 2010

We had so much fun today! Livi loved Halloween! She dressed as a Jedi and Gidian went as Yoda. (He used the costume Livi wore her first Halloween) We went up to South Hill Mall for about an hour did some Trick or Treating there and stopped by the Halloween store, because I had reserved some Toy Story displays for Livi's b-day party. Card board cut outs of some of the characters. Anyway I was told they couldn't give them out anymore, because the Spirit Halloween store was turning into a toy store with a Toy Story section so they'd be keeping the cut outs. I was bummed especially after Livi was so excited about it. On the way home we stopped by the Bonney Lake location and the manager hooked me up with what I needed. I was so happy! Livi was thrilled when I loaded them into the car. Once we got home Matt and I took Livi trick or treating around the block. She had a blast, she was running up to all the houses, pounded on the doors and yelled Trick or Treat. It was so much fun to watch her having such a great time.

Bib model

The kiddos and I modeled some products today for www.ladymdesigns.org Ian modeled two custom bibs and Livi and I modeled matching aprons. (I'll post our photos later) here's some of Ian's photos. Jennifer Tibbetts was the photographer, she post of facebook a couple weeks back that she needed a 7 month old little boy to model and I responded. Then she asked if Livi and I would be interested. We were going to do the photos last weekend, but it was pouring down rain. Then we planned for next Friday. The sun came out today so it was short notice, but we pulled it all together in under two hours.

Puddles

This morning I took Livi to a local pumpkin patch to jump in the puddles and mud with her friend, Dylan. The kids had so much fun and were drenched! Unfortunately Livi didn't fit into Dylan's old rain boots so her favorite boots are ruined. Thankfully only two weeks until her birthday, Auntie Shea buys her a new pair every year. I have a video clip of the kids, but youtube is having issues uploading. So I'll add it tonight or tomorrow.

Pumpkin decorating

Just realized I hadn't updated in over a week. I was organizing photo albums on my computer and came across these photos. Last week Livi picked out a few little pumpkins at the patch and we got some decorations for them. Matt and I sat down with her and decorated them a few nights ago.

Beautiful fall day

So much for the rain we were expecting today. I'm not going to complain. It was a beautiful day in our area. This morning the kiddos and I met up with some friends for coffee and a trip to the park. We spent the rest of the day lounging around. I did run up to work for an hour to do a quick foil, but besides that it was low key. Livi and I spent the evening baking and decorating cupcakes. I ate four of them myself ekk! I had to take a three week break from Body bootcamp. I totally screwed up my oblique muscle one night and went to the doctors. It hurt so bad, I felt like my stomach ripped in half. So I was told to not work out for three weeks. I can go back on Thursday, but how lame. Anyway here's a bunch of photos from today. Spooner Farms 2010

Matt had last night off so we decided since the weather was going to be nice today, we'd take the kids back to the pumpkin patch. It was a muddy, rainy mess when we were there on Saturday. Today was perfect it wasn't crowded and there wasn't as much mud. Livi had a great time. She picked out a few pumpkins and gourds. We got caramel corn and a pumpkin decorating kit for her. It was a better experience this time around.
