(Yes i'm a dork and took a photo with my cell)So with my insane craving for pot roast over the last like 10 days I finally decided I'd make my own. I always thought it would be to hard but it was so simple and it turned out perfect might I add! I gave myself a pat on the back and treat myself to a much deserved nap after dinner tonight. I have tons of leftovers to which I'm all giddy about. Woo Hoo one more thing I have conquered in the kitchen!
