Spooner Farms 2010

Matt had last night off so we decided since the weather was going to be nice today, we'd take the kids back to the pumpkin patch. It was a muddy, rainy mess when we were there on Saturday. Today was perfect it wasn't crowded and there wasn't as much mud. Livi had a great time. She picked out a few pumpkins and gourds. We got caramel corn and a pumpkin decorating kit for her. It was a better experience this time around.

This morning we had a family photo session at Spooner's Farm in Sumner. It was pouring by the time we left. Thankfully it wasn't raining while we were taking them. I would have loved to stay, but it was to muddy and wet. We'll bring the kids back down there another day.

Invite

I love how Livi's birthday invites turned out! Got them on Etsy.com seller Forever your prints. Just wanted to show them it's a proof and I hid our address for posting.

Almost party time!

Alivia's birthday party is only a month away and I'm in full planning mode. She wants a Toy Story birthday. Fun theme considering you can find Toy Story things everywhere now! I wanted to make her party a bit more girlie so with the TS theme we're doing the colors lime green, royal blue and throwing in bright pink. My friend, Wendy made Livi a hair bow to wear for her party. Today I got her invites ordered (I'll post them when I get them) I have designed cupcake toppers. I need to print out and put together.

Last night Matt and I had our first date night since Ian was born. We did some running around before we went to dinner and stopped by Toys R Us. We talked about getting Livi the the talking Buzz Light year action figure. We've seen it all over from $50-$40. I scored it for $25 at Toys R Us last night. It was an exclusive for Toys R Us and included a light up utility belt. She's going to love it can't wait! Bow Wendy made for the party

7 months

Happy 7 months Gidian!

I say it every month, but he's growing up so fast! Slow down little man. What has Gidian been up to the last month?

*Wearing mostly size 12 clothing now and some 18 month stuff.

*You're in a size 4 diaper now.

* Sleeping 10 + hours a night and a few naps through out the day

* Can sit up for long periods of time

* Almost crawling! Getting so close. You're everywhere now. Where it's rolling or army crawling, you are one quick little fella.

* Drinking 7-8 oz bottles and two meals of baby food a day. Starting to like vegetables a bit more now.

*You are the biggest flirt! Your little smile melts my heart.

Forks & La Push

This morning my friend, Bree and I packed Livi and her son, Dylan up for an all day road trip. We left at 6am to go visit Forks and La Push. On the way there poor Livi got car sick and threw up everywhere. She was fine after, but eww did the car stink. Thank goodness I brought two extra outfits. We arrived a little before 11 am. Spent a two hours dinking around town. Went to a few gift shops took the kids to get ice cream. Then we headed over to La Push so the kids could play at First Beach. It was windy and cold, but surprisingly it didn't rain while we were in Forks today. Forks is the rainiest place in the US. Left around two and made it home just before seven. I'm exhausted ready for bed. All smiles and cleaned up from being car sick
